Rory can be seen in the BBC3 documentary Professor Green: Suicide and Me on Tuesday 27th October at 9pm.  The documentary which is presented by rapper Professor Green investigates Green's father's suicide and his journey to understand why 6,000 people (mostly men) take their own lives each year in the UK.  Rory talks about his research on the psychology of suicide in the documentary.  During the film, Professor Green encourages men to talk about their emotions and seek help.

Programme Information can be found here and the full programme can be viewed on YouTube here.

Here are two articles about the programme, in The Guardian and AskMen. More details of entrapment and our model (the IMV model) of the psychology of suicidal behaviour can be found here.

Dr Jon Sutton, editor of The Psychologist wrote a review of the programme entitled 'Shining a light on the scourge of suicide'.

Following the broadcast, Rory was also on BBC Breakfast to discuss male suicide more generally (below).

In advance of the UK broadcast, Rory took part in a press screening of the documentary and a panel Q&A session in London (photo below).
